Klondike Electric Bicycles and Klondike Gift Supply are locally owned and operated in Skagway, Alaska.

We are currently hiring for several positions for the 2026 summer season.

Retail Associates - This person will work at one or both of the gift shops. When working at the bike shop, will need to be comfortable with giving safety speeches and directions to guests. Will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. Perform sales transactions. Assist with keeping sales floor stocked and organized. May need to open the cash register at the beginning of the day or reconcile sales at the end of the day. Housing is not provided.

Bike Repair & Maintenance Tech - This person will maintain the quality and safety of our rental fleet. Will be required to provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests. This person will also help with cleaning bikes upon their return. Needs to be able to give a safety speech to customers. (40+ Hours week) Housing available.

Our goal at Klondike Electric Bicycles is to make our guests visit the highlight of their entire Alaskan experience; as such, applicants should be focused on providing exceptional hospitality and have above average interpersonal and communication skills.

Wages will be based on experience and abilities.

Housing may be available on a case-by-case basis.
